MULE
Neo-Rio says: When people talk about classic game design, this game often gets mentioned. It's a simple multiplayer economics simulation involving robot mules. It's always more fun to play with others than to play alone.

Master Blaster
Neo-Rio says: Asteroids with powerups, mixed with the planet hopping of Gyruss. An interesting shoot'em up that held my attention a long time ago.
|
Sensitive
Neo-Rio says: Nice little puzzle game where you have to get to the exit, dropping tiles on the way. Don't get yourself cornered.
|
Ultima IV - Quest of the Avatar
Steve says: a true classic role-playing game. The C=64 version is the best version of that game available. I still remember spending night after night on my quest through Britannia.
|
Questprobe 2 - Spider-Man
Neo-Rio says: Spiderman, Spiderman, ...does whatever a spider can.....
except for fighting with all the villians. Poor Mysterio, he really copped a beating from me anyway.
|
Manic Miner
Matt Larsen says: Software Projects' classic single-screen platformer. Still fun to play even now... each new level offers something different from the last!
|
Deceptor
Neo-Rio says: This game is trippy... you are this transforming creature which has to complete a test. Great gameplay, weird creatures, strange 3D, and bizarre SFX make a unique experience.
|
Deathwish III
Neo-Rio says: In this dull yet violent game, you get to blast people into carnage with a rocket launcher! There was a furore over it at the time, although long outclassed by more modern and graphically realistic violent games which nobody bats an eyelid at today.
|
Stunt Car Racer
Matt Larsen says: This was the best 3D car racing game ever! When I drove off the stunt track I would actually get butterflys in my stomach waiting to hit bottom!
