GB64 Recommended Games...

Gorf
J2003C says: This game has the same variety and challenge as the classic arcade game. Too bad the emulator doesn't support the MV Speech Module. A real piece of nostalgia.

Dylan Dog - Gli Uccisori [Murderers]
Neo-Rio says: This game, based on an Italian comic book character, is a real overlooked gem. Great atmosphere and arcade adventure gameplay. The game ending is pure class as well. Comparisons to the Last Ninja are obvious.

CJ's Elephant Antics
graveyardjohn says: Elephant Antics harks back to the pixel perfect jumping reminiscent of 'New Zealand Story'. Guide your elephant (CJ, or his mate) across levels of cute baddies in this multi-directional scrolling 2D platform game to reach your goal.

Crystal Fever
Neo-Rio says: A very impressive and polished "BoulderDash" clone which includes more features than the original. Also includes a two player simultaneous mode. With a built in construction kit, you really won't be able to drop the joystick.

Mancopter
AleTsg says: A simple but great game, I have spent a lot of time on it. Not so easy to finish.

Trashman
Neo-Rio says: Another original concept. You play the role of a trash collector, and have to dump all the street's bins into the garbage truck. Just don't get killed by traffic, step all over the neighbours garden, or anger the dog!

Island of Dr. Destructo, The
graveyardjohn says: Destroy the attacking planes before they sink the ship you're defending. Very enjoyable!

Pang
graveyardjohn says: Another top 2 player game - bursting the bubbles causes them to double in number but halve in size, so you can't go hitting anything that moves or you'll be dead in seconds. Think Asteroids, but not in space. With gravity. And men instead of ships.

Frank Bruno's Boxing
Neo-Rio says: Nintendo's old "Punch Out" game gets the Commdore 64 clone treatment. The result is actually quite impressive (and includes the obligatory Rocky tune), although some of the boxers get nigh impossible later on.
