GB64 Recommended Games...

Impossible Mission
Jimbo says: Classic platformer action. They don't come much better than this!

Master of the Lamps
graveyardjohn says: 3D on the Commodore? Well, sort of. Fly through the hoops and reach the genie, before doing it again. Great fun in short bursts.

Galax-i-Birds
Neo-Rio says: A simple game plagued by crazy-sprite-o-rama. Yep, it's that oldskool game design technique where every new level gives you something weird to shoot at. Fortunately the music is fun and randomly generated. Jeff Minter would be proud.

Swamp Fever
Neo-Rio says: Arrgh! I don't a more annoying and frustrating game has ever been released! This game has it all, annoying sonics, annoying gameplay, annoying enemies, and a huge map you'll get hopelessly lost in.

Wargame Construction Set
Neo-Rio says: Make your own war games! You get to design everything, from map, army, unit strength. Recreate historic battles or futuristic wars. Make a game, and let the whole world play it!

Anarchy
Neo-Rio says: I think the game designers ripped the game concept for this game off an obscure arcade game... but that doesn't stop it being addictive and difficult. It's half puzzler, half action, all frustrating! But I like it!

Bushido
Neo-Rio says: Quite a polished platform action game. A little tricky to get into at first, but after a while, you'll be exploring the dungeons and slashing away at your enemies.

Lady Tut
Neo-Rio says: Another Apple][ port on the C64. It's a fun game, but becomes even more so when you find the gun in it.

Seven Cities of Gold
Matt Larsen says: This was the first adventure game that truly hooked me. When I was a kid I always had to create new worlds, as my pirated copy never had the original map disk!
