Arnie's America's Cup Challenge
Neo-Rio says: This game came in the box with my C64. It took half an hour to load from tape (no joke), and since the game was so boring and frustrating I had more fun watching it load.

Le Mans
Neo-Rio says: This was the first game I had for my C64. I always loved the original Sega Monaco GP, and this game is a blatant rip-off!
|
Crossroads
Neo-Rio says: Waah... "Wizard of Wor" gone insane is the only way to describe this game. It's loads of fun just to run around blasting things.
|
AMC - Attack of the Mutant Camels
graveyardjohn says: A blatant Empire-Strikes-Back-derivative AT-AT/camel hybrid, I am a lucky owner of a signed copy by Jeff Minter! Essential blasting!
|
Secret of Bastow Manor, The
Neo-Rio says: One of the first adventure games I played on the C64. It's quite fun, and the creepy atmosphere builds up well as you play (thanks to the wonderful display of Commodore character graphics!)
|
Mega Phoenix
Neo-Rio says: Enhanced version of the original arcade game. Impressive and very playable.
|
Bard's Tale III, The - Thief of Fate
Michael Plate says: This was the first RPG which really fascinated me. I wasn't able to stop playing this addicting game before finishing it.
|
Trailblazer
Jimbo says: Addictive "conveyor-belt" racing at its best! Try to roll/bounce your ball along each level whilst avoiding the holes and nasty coloured squares. The 2-player simultaneous mode is great fun!
|
Uridium
Neo-Rio says: Uridum is yet another side-scrolling classic shoot-em-up, the graphics are smart, and the game balances the frustration:addiction ratio just nicely so that you will keep playing into the night.
