Re: Commodore Amiga
boot the non working game.
when it fails, open menu [f12]
save the config file "broken.uae".
look at what chipset is selected.
change it to the alternate type.
example:
ECS or ECS_AGNUS.
also try changing chipset extra from generic to a500 / a1200
reset emulator.
does it work?
if yes. save config "working.uae"
if not.
keep changing settings until it works.
save config "working.uae"
send me both files.

Re: Commodore Amiga
i will tray again, but there is a best solution. Not use winuae 6.
i mean that the goal is to play retro games and i don't think that my or your experience can change between WinUAE 5.3 or WinUAE 6.0
So if you have satisfaction with 4.10 or 5.3, for now 6.0 is not mandatory.
i wil try your suggest

Re: Commodore Amiga
WinUAE 6 has already been updated a couple of times in the Beta download to fix stuff.
so waiting for v6.01 is not a bad idea.
after testing, not much has changed in the config, so it will be an easy pain free update.
...when you finally decide to move to v6.
the problem will probably be a duplicate entry in the uae file.
i've also been testing and repacking the latest WHDLoad packs.
they are now ALL on individual HDF files, with an extra 2MB of free space.
which is just enough for save games/hiscores.
it works like a charm!.
GEMUS can be used to select the WHDLoad version v17,v18,v19.
as a bonus WHDRun.EXE is no longer needed from GameBase.

Re: Commodore Amiga
maybe about gamebase i remained old mind. The only issues remain some new whdload that whd.run fail to run.
the solution is to install new and not working WHDLoad that not works with WHD.run in hardfiles and kickstarts in a wb31 hdf.
