Started getting this error recently. It has worked before but I am not sure how many "updates" have happened since it last worked.
Here is the error I am getting on startup. The program runs, I am able to select the database, the logo shows and then it stops. Here is the message in the event viewer

I did a rollback on my latest update and everything is working again.
