GameBase won't launch SDL, only GTK

For some reason, when I try to setup GB64 to launch the Windows version of Vice, it simply doesn't. But when I point it back to the portable version it works just fine.
This is frustrating as I find the Windows version SO MUCH easier to use, especially with all its hotkeys.
