|

Hi!
I can see all the images of the extras folders like the covers of the games but I can't see any of the adverts...
If I open them outside the gamebase clicking it in the image icon I can see the jpg's without problems, but if I try to open it in the gamebase program a "not valid image" text is shown instead of the picture.
I am using gamebase 64 v7 with 1.2 frontend (BU22) in Win XP Prof. 32 bits
All the pictures I have associated to open with picasa quick viewer.
I can't find the answer to this problem and I tried a lot of things and explored lots of setting pages in GB without success... Please can someone tell me what I need to change to make it work properly? This happened to someone apart of me?
Thanks in advance, and thanks also to the developers of this great database tool. |

first update to Gamebase v1.3
it has a new PNGlib.dll
there maybe a conflict with picasa quick viewer.
change the default picture file settings to
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
and see how you get on. |

ok!! I managed to install the v1.3 and I had the same problem. But I changed the JPG to be opened with the default viewer of windows XP and now it works. Many thanks! _________________
