Yes i added it, but it only works on the emulator also by Rasmus
(on-line /internet browser only)
https://js99er.net/#/
you must enable F18A (custom graphic card) in the options before selecting the game.
classic99 has a F18A option but it's not working with this one yet.
I did add another 607 complied XB games in cart format by TMOP.
And just found his MEGA BASIC pack today, i need to sort through.
They are the same games already in the GB, but also in a cart format for instant loading.
no need for MAME send keys... OLD DSK1.GAME [wait 1 min] RUN
which suits me and most GameBase users.
oh... and everything upto date from the ti game shelf (100-ish games).
edit:
the mega pack is AMAZING!!!
it's now possible to load all the Tunnels of Doom data packs instantly, as 2 file carts (C & G).
I think it's a good idea to re-link every game in the GameBase with these mega pack versions.
deffo going to happen with the GameBase 2 version (beta due late summer 2023).

Re: Gamebase TI 99/4A
Having trouble running games through gamebase. There is no script to run games in Classic 99 and I can't reconfigure mess because I am using a laptop without a scroll lock key. Some games use weird keys like Archeodroid which uses d for right movement yet I have to press g to move right.

Re: Gamebase TI 99/4A
Not sure why you don't have a classic99 script.
check your emulator.ini paths are pointing to the correct location of the files.
if it's missing?, you downloaded from a bad source.
MAME has two keyboard modes.
FULL emulation
PARTIAL emulation
with UI enabled or disabled.
i think MAME default has the key to switch keyboard mode mapped to TAB.
keyboard games are unplayable in the wrong mode.
Alpha Lock is mapped to Caps Lock
it's on/off position is based on the startup of the emulator, so Alpha OFF could be Caps ON.
Just tested that game on my laptop and it plays ok with keyboard E,S,D,X and Y for charge.
Or using laptop cursor keys mapped to Joystick and Left Ctrl.
There's a new TI GameBase version coming soon with updated emulators (MAME 250) and scripts.
Just wait for that.

Re: Gamebase TI 99/4A
I get an error message when I try to start a game can't set the following INI valve
[emulation]
systen=1
I am tried of the mess scripts forcing me to play tunnels of doom with someone else's party because it won't let me set my own party.

Re: Gamebase TI 99/4A
Got it working now. Can't stand custom Tunnels of Doom games like the Shopping Trip keep making a custom party instead of letting me make my own. Any way around that?

Alt+6 = PROC'D
The problem is, the save game data is part of the main level code.
after loading your level data (Shopping Trip).
DO NOT select 3. Continue current game.
Select 1. New Dungeon
when the game finally starts with your name and floor data.
press K for the save the game menu.
insert a blank disk and type DSK1.SHOPSAVE.
load that as your level/save data the next time you play.
*In the new version of the gamebase. TOD levels have all the old save data removed.
Classic99 can only save data to FIAD (Files in a Directory), not the actual level disk image.
so you need to set a PC directory in the emulator path to DSK0 from the classic99 options.
save game to 6. OTHER DEVICE
and type DSK0.SAVEGAME
