NOTES:
copy files to DIR ../Extras/Covers/A,B,C,
and don't forget to set the Path in the options.

you will need the next plus4.mdb update to show them all.
Available a lot sooner than i thought! (i only have T-Z to go)

The covers are only linked to Original TAPE,CART and DISK images.
Or the cleanest hack where none of those are available.

Go and get those files.

The gamebase is fantastic .mad well done.

The only thing why do you always put your gamebases seperately on different fileservers instead of in one zip or a rar file.

when i upload a file to Massmirror they upload to several free servers for me.
so if one server deletes the file, there is always another one to download from.
as for separate files..
thats just the order and size i finish the updates.

also on my poor upload bandwidth, it takes about 1 hour to upload 100meg.
so i just prefer smaller file sizes.
and besides you get it quicker!

Hi,

I have just joined the site after reading about gamebase and i just want to say what a amazing community. Cant believe how much time you guys must have spent on making these scanning images information about the games. music etc. I made an amiga collection before tosec years ago using a 56k modem took me over a year to make a good collection just find tosec started! arghghghg. Didnt even think i could expand it like gamebase to include all this great info and features!

This is my first post to the forum. I hope somebody can shed some light on this for me. I seem to be having trouble setting up the Gamebase plus4 Covers. I put the covers in a folder named Covers, located in the extras folder. I checked and double-checked my paths. Everything else is working, including screens, but when I verify available extras, it reads 1469/1469 extras not found. Do I need to rename the Covers folder, or where do I put it? I seem to be doing okay with the other Gamebases, but this one I just can't figure out. By the way, I wanted to offer my appreciation for all the hard work that all of you must put into these projects. I hope you all continue to put your best into these labors of love.

Plus 4 GameBase setup Paths.
just adding EXTRAS as a path won't work
you will need to set all 4 Extras paths as follows..

EXTRAS
C:\Downloads\c16\extras\covers
C:\Downloads\c16\extras\Docs
C:\Downloads\c16\extras\mp3
C:\Downloads\c16\extras\map

also make sure you don't have
C:\Downloads\c16\extras\covers\covers\

as WinRAR adds the DIR when un archiving
