i need help running a game called frenzy on my pc so if anyone can help me any help would be greatly appreciated

Step 1:
Download a C64 emulator, for example WinVICE

Step 2:
Extract the zip-file and start X64.exe

Step 3:
Download Frenzy

Step 4:
Extract FRANZY.T64 from the zip-file and drag it to the C64 window.

Step 5:
PLAY!!!
