Just to bring to your attention people - there has recently been new versions released for both Virtual Jaguar (V2.0) and Jagulator (V2.0) which I understand have been a long long time in the making, you might want to try them with Gamebase Jaguar as it was pretty unusable with the old emulators.

The old Jag emulators are not frontend friendly.
scripting is only possible using sendkeys, and batch files editing the registry.

a quick search found this...

it looks like it has a few commandlines to play with.
i might have a proper look at the Jag GB in a week or two, and see what can be done updating it.

BigPEmu works perfectly with GameBase.
tested all ROMs and CD images.
