Speccymania

Mon Nov 23, 2009 9:33 pm

Ive been working on a new spectrum gamebase called Speccymania and need some help. The gamebase has over 9000 entries but i need copies of games from the Microhobby collection splitting up into single game tzx files, its taking me ages to do it.

If someone can help do it or supply other versions, it would help speed up its first release.

Did you mean :
1. the "MicroHobby Cassette Compilation" Cas.Nr. 01-13

2.MicroHobby issue - Tapes

3.MicroHobby Semanals

Or all tzx-Games/Prg's Published by MicroHobby ?

O.K , I understand.

Because i haven't the time yet to splitt the tzx, maybe someone else can help here....

If you have the Time, I have found a way, how to split the tzx-files.
Maybe there is another solution....?

But I've made it this way :
Download the "Tapir v1.0" (Tape image editor)
http://www.worldofspectrum.org/utilities.html

then :
1. Open the tzx-file in the left window.
2. Drag & drop the files for one Game in the right window.
3. Select on the Top : Right/save as...
4. know, you have a single *.tzx-File

Kind regards,
Arthur.

can I recommend...

Mon Jan 11, 2010 7:47 am

pleasuredome.org.uk

?
thay also promote (which I think is an excellent idea) Folding@home, if you want a quick ratio boost then you get 1Gb of upload added when you complete your first work module. You need to tell them about your member id, but all is explained on the first page after registering.
You get something for free, and you are contributing to the folding project.

ADMIN, perhaps this is something we could have as a sticky somewhere?
regards,
Arthur.
