Does anybody know if the full SuperNESBase in the 2nd post on page 1 included SNB Update_2017_1? That update was posted on Apr 13, 2018, but the Mega link on page 1 for the full gamebase seems to have last been updated on Feb 08, 2017. But the post for the Mega link for Update_2017_1.rar says "The latest version is up and I have updated the link to the full system in the original post.". So I'm not sure if that's included in the full gamebase link or if I need to install that update too.

Both of these files fail an md5 check if I compare the SNB Update_2017_1 versions to the Full Gamebase versions that I just downloaded today from the first page. So I don't think the full gamebase includes SNB Update_2017_1.

higan_v101-windows\settings.bml
SuperNESBase.mdb

Yet all the extras and games included in Update_2017_1.rar are present in the full gamebase on page 1, and comparing md5s match.

Any reason why the higan v101 settings.bml and SuperNESBase.mdb files differ? I know the 2020 updated SuperNESBase.mdb will overwrite it anyways, but I don't want to overwrite the full game's higan v101 settings.bml file with the one in Update_2017_1 if it isn't the newest version.
