Star Trekking

Sun Jun 14, 2009 4:54 am

I found the game I've been looking for years to find at this site. Problem is that it won't work!
Ive tried Vice and CCS64 but no go.
Search filename "star trekking" and you'll find it.

The 1985, Sharedata, Inc./Green Valley Publishing, Inc. also found under "Star Trek" search on this site works and is pretty close but there are a few missing things from the star trekking that I remember as a kid.

I am happy to have found something so close...
But iuf anyone can help.
Thanks.

Try Hoxs64 emulator, it runs the game just fine. The loader requires that the disk motor spins for a fraction of second after it is turned off (it still reads some pulses), the latest Hoxs64 emulates this feature.

This is awesome!
I remember a self destruct command, doesn't seem to be here, but otherwise, it is perfect!!!!

Why is it that the ROM wouldn't work with VICE?
Do they intend to add this feature?
Should I contact them about this?

Thanks a bunch for the help.

I did catch a "Star Trekking 2" mentioned somewhere, but there was no ROM to download. Any ideas about the game. I have not found the manual for this game either. I even remember the destruct code "11A2B3B"

I can't thank you enough for this.
I'm gonna disappear for a couple hours and play this game!!!

You rock!
