Icon for GB64 / C64 and autorun file - copy these to CD

Here's an C64 icon set, it includes all common sizes and colour depths:

Here's an autorun file to include in the root of the Gamebase CDs / DVD. This will start the installation program when you insert the disc. This will also display the C64 icon in windows explorer when the disc is inserted.

To do this you need to unzip the icon file and include it in the root directory of the Gamebase64 CD.
