Browsing v4.0 updated and new games

How can it be done? Is there any chance to browse from GBC database which games are new and which are updated?

All new games after the v0.3 have IDs between 17857 and 19353.

replace any number up to any including those numbers in this URL:

I don't know how to get a list of new games from those IDs but at least typing in a random number -- they are somewhat 'new' games.
