Gamebase64 Browser (Mac) Setup issue with GB64 V09

I have been using V07 for a few years with Gamebase64 Browser on the MAC and have come to install it afresh with the new V09 files.
I am draging my files over to the application window and then I choose to download V09 of the setup files as prompted - it downloads them but I cant see any file in my folder where I would expect it and the application does not give me the list of games as expected.
Anyone out there have success in getting it to work with V09?
