Sharing Gamebase Folder Local Network

Thu Jan 31, 2008 11:11 pm

Hi

I'm not sure if this can be done or not. Basicly.....I've installed gamebase on another machine in my house. I've added a database to it but without screenshots, games etc..
I would like to share these folders from this pc to the other. Setting paths in the frontend only lets local folders be seen so I've tried adding into the ini, for example:

//mycom/gamebase/c64/screenshots

Which doesn't work. Any ideas or is this impossible without being implemented into the frontend?

cheers

Can't you just map a drive letter to //mycom/gamebase/c64/screenshots ?

In Windows File Explorer - select Tools and select Map Network Drive..
