It has been awhile and so I don't know what the best emulators are C64 games. Also does Gamebase 64 include an emulator in it? Help please. Thanks.

Some downloads of GameBase 64 include an emulator others do not.
It all depends where you download it from.
setting up the emulator is just a case of putting the correct directory paths in the emulators.ini file.
But help is always available if you get stuck.

There are 3 must have emulators for the C64.

WinVICE
http://vice-emu.sourceforge.net/

CCS64

Hoxs64

all have pros and cons, but WinVICE is probably the most widely used and easiest to setup.

as for the best games, here a few good ones...
