Help creating a GameBase installer

Mon Sep 29, 2008 12:51 pm

I've been working on a GameBase project for the last couple of weeks and was wondering what program you guys used to create the GBv05 installer/setup.
I want it to be as "polished" as possible and don't like the idea of manually editing/copying files to the GameBase directory.

You can use NSIS.
NSIS is a scripting language with many features, however it is not easy to learn.
You can use HM NIS Edit to make things a bit easier. HM NIS edit is a grapgical UI that will generate the script for you.
And, also important, both tools are free! 8)

Sounds absolutely fabulous, thanks for the heads up. :)
