Having some strange issues here......

I have made a selection of 500 games and the rest i deleted from the database......
Downloaded the games ,,,had to rezip(7zip) and put in correct name.

Then when i am at the last 80 of them i suddenly have a problem with 7 zip, im not sure why.

When i click the gamebase game selector and point to the game its
suddenly only 0.00 bytes nds file.(and not working)

But the games i have already 7zipped and attached in gamebase work fine and give the correct filesize.

Np with zip and rar...i also checked that.

Whats this ?

I hope someone recognizes this problem.

Regards

You might be using a newer version of 7zip or option that is not compatible with gamebase.
the 7z.dll was added to gamebase a while ago, and the 7z code may have been updated.

try 7-Zip 9.20 (2010).
With these compression settings...
LZMA, NORMAL, NO encryption.

All the links in the opening post now appear to be dead - does anyone still have these available?

Many thanks

Many thanks - I can download Part 3 no problem.

However Part 1 has a decryption error firing once the download completes and the link for Part 2 is actually for Part 1 again - tried downloading and this link but has the same error

So just need Parts 1 & 2

Thanks in advance

Link 2 fixed.

The decryption error is a strange one!.

This is how to bypass it.

Tested working in Chrome and latest version of MEGA Extension (plug-in) Installed.

BEFORE clicking the download button...
Press F12 to open Java console window.
click console tab.
in the console window type
skipcheck=1 {enter}

click download.

Hey all! I'm wondering if anyone has this working and have been able to download if they could reshare a version without the decryption error?? I'm getting that decryption error and tried the solution in this thread but it's not working. I'm getting the error in Chrome with Mega extension:

Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive.

I've done some research and I'm unable to apply the fix suggested as I am unfamiliar with the Chrome environment.

Thanks so much for all the great work and generosity of this community!

I ended up re-downloading from the mega links with the decryption error.
turns out the error is due to one corrupt screenshot "2131.png".

repacked version here...
https://mega.nz/file/OsQwja5R#NT5iXaUiM ... inhY6Q0uv0

The latest DeSmuME-VS emulator requires NEW DLL files.
Installer included in the emulator folder "VC_redist.x64.exe"

Thanks a lot and congratulations !! Great gamebase !!
I have my favorite NDS games that i would like to insert in the gamebase, how does the procedure for inserting games with the correct names work in order to be recognized by the gamebase?
Thanks for your patience...

the gamebase uses the ds-scene ROM names and collection.

How to rename your NDS rom collections for use in NDS GameBase.

1) download and extract all your NDS ROMs to *.nds files into the ROMs folder.
*delete any ZIP, 7z, RAR from the folder.

2) copy LupasRename.exe and the included batch files into the ROMS folder.
run LupasRename.exe
in filemask type "*.NDS"
tick box Replace with text and type "<CRC32>"
untick Only rename the selected files box.

check preview plane that all .NDS files are displayed as crc32 value.
click !Rename box.
close LupasRename.

3) run batch1.bat
correct crc32 files will be reanmed to NDS scene filenames.

4) run batch2.bat
all correct NDS filenames will be moved into correct ROM folders.

move numbered ROM folders in to correct main number folders.
example
move this...
0914 - Karasawa Shunichi no Zettai ni Ukeru!! Zatsugakuen DS (JPN) (Caravan)
into this...
0751-1000

Dear.mad, I was hoping a lot in this solution of yours but I tried and tried again but I do not come to terms with it. I get files like "xms-zzbe.nds" which is then put in the folder "6168 - Zhu Zhu Babies MULTi7 (EUR) (EXiMiUS)" but gamebase then does not detect it. Help.....
