Will you post a few for me to see please Mark, I've seen may people incorrectly name an Atari game and we can't have your lovely gamebase being corrupted
ViejaEra, don't worry I'm sure you are perfectly correct, its just that the Atari 800 etc are my favourite 8bits out there, I've got a lot of history with them in many area's of the field of Atari's.
I sold them, repaired them, reviewed games for them, hacked and cracked stuff, got games published and a whole lot more so I just like to see everything is as it should be..

there are 236 titles with trailing spaces in my older copy.
"\" represents a space at the end of the name.
This is a common problem when cut and pasting names from websites or lists.

In the Spectrum gamebase for example, there are some games that have the word Espana, it should be España, I know that it isn't in your keyboard, you may copy+paste it ñ Ñ. A game that I always fixed the name is Emilio Butragueno that it should be Emilio Butragueño. Just a small details trying to reach perfection
Hmm... can't remember exactly, but only like 3 or 4 typos, something like "teh" instead "the". Also I removed a lot of spaces before the comma. "Game , The" (fictitious example). Next time I will try to keep a log of the changes.hardmanm wrote: Can you give me some examples of name changes so i can check it out with my DB, if i can see improvement then i would use your new DB.
